Mozilla ActiveX Control is an add-on for your Mozilla browser with which you can activate ActiveX controls.

This application has been designed as close as possible to that of Internet Explorer so that it has the same characteristics and can be moved as easily as possible. Among other features it integrates are the ability to connect to messaging AOL, Microsoft outlook or Qualcomm Eudora to connect to email services by HTML.

The big difference between this api and microsoft's is that it is written in open source so you can correct errors or customize applications.
